Refund Policy
Fair refund rules for projects and monthly services.

1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to services purchased from Clickiya Digital Solution. Digital services involve time, expertise, and third-party costs; refunds are handled fairly as described below.
2. Project-based work (websites, design, one-time setup)
- Before work starts: Full refund minus payment gateway charges if you cancel before we begin production.
- After work has started: Refunds are proportional to incomplete milestones; completed design/development phases are non-refundable.
- After delivery: No refund once final files are delivered and approved, except for critical defects we fail to fix within the support period in your agreement.
3. Monthly retainers (SEO, social media, ads management)
- Fees for the current month are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
- You may cancel future months with 15 days written notice before the next billing date.
- Ad spend paid to Google/Meta/WhatsApp is non-refundable by us (platform rules apply).
4. Non-refundable items
- Domain, hosting, plugin licenses, and stock assets purchased on your behalf
- Third-party API or WhatsApp BSP setup fees once submitted
- Work already delivered and approved by you
5. Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us within 7 days with details. We will review and respond within 5–10 business days.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a bank chargeback so we can resolve the issue. Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of services and recovery of costs.
