1. Agreement

By accessing clickiya.com or purchasing services from Clickiya Digital Solution, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

We provide digital marketing, web development, design, and related consulting. Exact scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in your proposal, invoice, or signed agreement.

3. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and timely feedback
• Supply content, logos, and approvals within agreed timelines
• Ensure you have rights to materials you provide
• Pay invoices as per agreed payment schedule

4. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for you (e.g. custom website, logo per contract) are licensed or transferred as stated in your project agreement. We retain rights to our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and portfolio showcase of completed work unless agreed otherwise in writing.

5. Third-party platforms

Ads, hosting, domains, and APIs (Google, Meta, WhatsApp, etc.) are subject to their own terms. You are responsible for account access and compliance on those platforms.

6. Limitation of liability

We strive for quality results but do not guarantee specific rankings, sales, or ROI unless explicitly guaranteed in writing. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing retainers with notice as per contract. Work completed until termination remains payable. We may suspend services for non-payment.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
